National Seminar (1-3 December, 2010, Kathmandu)
Participation
Experts, Policy makers, Students (Masters and Bachelors) on Zoological fields from all over Nepal are intended to participate the Seminar.
Organizers
Central Department of Zoology (CDZ), a pioneer department of Institute of science and technology, Tribhuvan University is the leading department concerned with zoology. It has developed well qualified scientists to work in the field of zoology and has organized international and national seminars and trainings, and carrying out researches on its different fields. Zoological Students Association of Nepal (ZOOSAN) is a cell association for the welfare of students of zoology. It has been carrying out different programs. CDZ and ZOOSAN are jointly organizing the national seminar.

“Zoology, the future and Challenges in present scenario” will be the theme of the seminar and will be focused to:
Conservation and Ecology
Medicine and parasitology
Entomology
Fish and Fisheries
National Policy of Zoology
Zoological Society of Nepal
Registration
Interested to participate the seminar requires registration. The registration fees will be as follows:
For Nepali participants :( per person)
Institutional: NRs. 1250
Freelancers/Academicians: NRs. 750. Students: NRs. 450.
For Foreign participants:
SAARC Countries: US$ 50 per person
Other Countries: US$ 200 per person

Call for papers
Interested paper presenters are requested to submit the abstracts for their presentation to the contact person or the department along with the registration form no later than July 15, 2008. The abstract should not exceed 250 words and should be submitted in electronic version (MS-Word or PDF).
Poster Presentation
A flex print poster should be displayed.
